  • for extra suites there is an additional $50 per suite
  • travel over 30 km is charged at $25 plus $1 each extra km over first 30
  • crawlspace $50.00 per 1,000 square feet
  • older than 15 years add $25.00 per 1,000 square feet

Note: Inspections are a 2 day process. Cancellations within 48hrs are billed at: 30% of quoted fee, within 24hrs 50%.

  • THE Inspection is an involving and customized process, it's not a product I pull of the shelf.
  • inspections start at 9:30 AM when possible
  • client participation is strongly encouraged
  • report is delivered and reviewed after 5:30 PM the following day (homes over 4000sq. ft- report can take 2days)

  • No need to be overwhelmed by those significant deficiencies or defects we uncover – the understanding you will gain about repair procedures and their cost implications only serve to make your purchase decision- an informed decision.
