Note: Inspections are a 2 day process. Cancellations within 48hrs are billed at: 30% of quoted fee, within 24hrs 50%.

- THE Inspection is an involving and customized process, it's not a product I pull of the shelf.
- inspections start at 9:30 AM when possible
- client participation is strongly encouraged
- report is delivered and reviewed after 5:30 PM the following day (homes over 4000sq. ft- report can take 2days)
